New Delhi, February 21 (HS): Public sector company Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) have given a total of Rs 346 crore to the Central Government as dividend installments.

The Secretary of the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) said in a statement on Friday that the public sector Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has given about Rs 308 crore and National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) has given Rs 38 crore to the Central Government as dividend installment.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) is an Indian public sector undertaking engaged in housing finance and infrastructure project finance. The Central Government granted it the status of Navratna company on April 18, 2024. National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) is an ISO 9001-2015 certified Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).
