Geneva, Feb 19 (HS): Ningbo in eastern China will host the 2025 Volleyball Nations League (VNL) men's final this summer. The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) made the announcement on Tuesday.
The Ningbo Beilun Sports and Arts Center will host the event from July 30 to August 3, while the women's final will be held in Lodz, Poland from July 23 to 27.
According to the FIVB, Hong Kong and Macau hosted each round of the women's VNL in 2024, attracting 268 million viewers and 168 hours of live broadcast on China Central Television.
The FIVB also said the VNL was the second-largest sports broadcast in China in 2024, with a peak viewership of 23.6 million.
FIVB announced that VNL saw a 13 percent increase in attendance globally in 2024.
