New Delhi, 19 February (HS): Mixed signals are being received from the global market today. US markets closed with gains during the last session. Dow Jones Futures is also seen trading with slight gains today. European markets closed with mixed results during the last session. Mixed trading is also being seen in Asian markets today.

After the President's Day holiday on Monday, the buying trend continued in the US market during the last session. The S&P 500 index jumped 0.24 percent to close at a record level of 6,129.58 points. Similarly, Nasdaq ended the last session's trading at 20,032.62 points with a symbolic gain of 0.03 percent. Dow Jones Futures is currently trading at 44,592.74 points with a gain of 0.08 percent today.

The European market closed with mixed results after facing continuous fluctuations during the last session. The FTSE index closed at 8,766.73 points with a symbolic weakness of 0.01 percent. On the other hand, the CAC index ended the last session's trading at 8,206.56 points with a gain of 0.21 percent. Apart from this, the DAX index closed at 22,844.50 points with a gain of 0.20 percent.

Mixed trading is seen in the Asian market today. Out of 9 markets in Asia, 5 indices are trading in the green with gains, while 4 indices remain in the red with decline. The Nikkei Index is trading at 39,096.79 points with a fall of 173.61 points or 0.44 percent. Similarly, the Hang Seng Index has slipped 0.28 percent to reach 22,911.62 points. Apart from this, the Taiwan Weighted Index has slipped 0.15 percent to 23,630.19 points and the Jakarta Composite Index has fallen 0.46 percent to 6,842.16 points. On the other hand, GIFT Nifty is trading at 23,006.50 with a gain of 0.29 percent. Similarly, the Straits Times Index has reached 3,929.73 points with a gain of 0.11 percent. The Kospi Index has made a big jump today. Currently, this index is trading at 2,677.29 points, jumping 1.92 percent. Apart from this, the SET Composite Index is trading at the level of 1,260.95 points with a gain of 0.28 percent and the Shanghai Composite Index is trading at the level of 3,342.48 points with a gain of 0.54 percent.
