NEW DELHI, 18 February (H.S.) :
The headquarters of RSS as
Keshav Kunj, in Delhi is ready. RSS chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat will hold a
meeting for the first time in the new building tomorrow on 19 February. The
hi-tech office of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Keshav Kunj is ready at
Jhandewalan, in Delhi. On January 19, Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat and Sar-kaaryavaahak,
Dattatreya Hosabale will hold a meeting with Sangh volunteers here for the
first time. In the year 2016, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat performed the Bhoomi
Pujan of this building. Now, at the same place in Keshav Kunj, three towers of
13 floors each with 300 rooms have been completed for RSS volunteers. Keshav
Kunj will now be seen in a new form. According to Media Coordinator, only
volunteers of Sangh will take part, other than them, no one will be allowed
there.
Now, 40 rooms have been
prepared in Keshav Kunj for the volunteers coming from outside, where they can
stay. Let us tell you that this new building of RSS has been constructed on
four acres which costs Rs 150 crore. Visually, it is much bigger than BJP's
party office located at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg. Keshav Kunj, spread over 5
lakh square feet, has three 13-storey towers. There is also parking space for
about 300 cars in these towers. Along with this, three state-of-the-art
auditoriums with a seating capacity of more than 1,300 people have also been built.
While entering Keshav Kunj,
you will find the idol of Hanuman. It was kept earlier also in the RSS
headquarters in Keshav Kunj. This statue of Hanuman has been shifted to the new
Keshav Kunj building. The special thing is that simplicity will be visible everywhere
in the state-of-the-art at Sangh office. A glimpse of the architecture and
cultural art of many states of India can be seen in this building.
On 19th February, on the
occasion of Shivaji Jayanti, Pravesh Utsav will be celebrated at Keshav Kunj in
the presence of Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohanrao Bhagwat and Sar-Kaaryavaah
Dattatreya Hosabale. It is said that many senior leaders of BJP will be present
there during this event of RSS.
According to Sources, there
is no news yet about the presence of PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah during
the inauguration of the new building of RSS in Keshav Kunj. But there is talk
of presence of many MPs and ministers of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha as well as
CM and Deputy CM of many states. But official information has not come. But, it
is certain that the RSS chief is going to hold his meeting in the new building
only with the volunteers. The meeting of the RSS chief with the RSS workers
before Holi is a big event itself.
Let us tell you that the
Jhandewalan office of RSS in Delhi, built in 17000 yards, was started in the
year 1939. Over time, construction work took place in the office in 1962 and
1980. This office was named 'Keshav Kunj' after the founder and first
Sarsanghchalak of the Sangh, Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar.
