New Delhi, 5 December (H.S.): Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan will visit Gujarat on Saturday, December 6, marking his first official tour of the state since assuming office. The information was confirmed in an official press release issued on Friday.

According to the statement, the Vice President will attend the valedictory ceremony of the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar, as the chief guest. The event will highlight Sardar Patel’s pivotal role in strengthening national unity, integrity, and the foundations of modern India.

A large number of public representatives, members of various organizations, students, and participants involved in national unity initiatives are expected to attend the ceremony
