New Delhi, 3 December (H.S.): Congress-led INDIA alliance leaders held a vocal demonstration outside Parliament's Makar Dwar on Wednesday, the third day of the Winter Session, protesting three new labour codes they claim undermine workers' rights, safety, and social security.

Prominent participants included Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, parliamentary party chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, KC Venugopal, deputy leader Gaurav Gogoi, and Pramod Tiwari, alongside senior figures from allied parties.

Marching in formation with posters and banners, protesters chanted slogans such as Save Workers' Rights, Reject Corporate Jungle Raj, Demand Labour Justice, and Withdraw Anti-Worker Laws, demanding the repeal of the contentious legislation.
