20 Dec (HS): On Saturday, Chief Guest State Minister Girish Yadav encouraged

the players at the 'Divyashakti Sugam Bharat Trophy - Divyang Cricket

Competition' organized at the sports ground of Banaras Hindu University (BHU)

in Varanasi. State Minister Girish Yadav said that this competition is not just

a sports event, but a powerful expression of will power, patience and

self-confidence. Our disabled players are giving the message through their

struggle, discipline and dedication that talent is not dependent on any limits.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, every player of the

country is touching new heights. Today even disabled players are not lagging

behind in any sport.

On

this occasion, Om Prakash Srivastava, the state in-charge of departments and

cells of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and Ashok Chaurasia, the general secretary

of the Kashi region, also encouraged the players. All the dignitaries posed for

group photos with the players on the field.
