Bhubaneswar, 20 December (H.S.): The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, and Kandhamal districts in Odisha, warning of dense fog over the next two days.

According to the IMD forecast, dense fog is expected to occur during early morning hours in one or two locations within these districts on December 21. A similar advisory has been issued for December 22, urging residents to exercise caution while travelling during the early hours.

Authorities have advised commuters and local residents to remain alert and follow safety measures to prevent disruptions due to reduced visibility.
