Lucknow,

18 Dec (HS): Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana, during

an all-party meeting held at the Vidhan Bhavan on Thursday, requested all

parties to cooperate in ensuring the smooth conduct of the Assembly's winter

session. He stated that the House functions only with everyone's cooperation.

During the last Assembly session, many important issues were discussed

positively. With the cooperation of all parties, meaningful solutions to public

problems can be found through logical, factual, and quality discussions on

public welfare issues.

On

this occasion, Chief Minister and Leader of the House Yogi Adityanath said that

the House is an important medium for expressing public aspirations. In the

current session, we will have the opportunity to have meaningful discussions on

important issues as well as bills. When discussing bills, it is essential to

present their true nature in the House. The rich discussions held in the Uttar

Pradesh Legislative Assembly have served as an inspiration for legislatures

across the country. He assured everyone that the government will participate in

all discussions, respond positively to every question posed by the opposition,

and strive to find solutions in accordance with their suggestions.

The

Chief Minister said that during the last session of the Uttar Pradesh

Legislative Assembly, the Uttar Pradesh Vision Document/2047 was discussed for

27 consecutive hours, making it the only state to achieve this. So far, 9.8

million suggestions have been received from across the state regarding a

developed Uttar Pradesh. A UP Vision Document will be created in collaboration

with IIT Kanpur. This discussion is being developed into a book.

The

Chief Minister said that, inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, December

26th is celebrated as Veer Bal Diwas. On this date, two of Guru Gobind Singh Ji

Maharaj's sons, Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh, were bricked into the

walls by Wazir Khan. By sacrificing their lives, Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj's

four sons laid a solid foundation for the protection of the country and

religion. This is a day to remember the nation and religion.

The

Chief Minister said that the Election Commission of India has launched a

massive campaign called SIR to remove discrepancies in the voter list. All

public representatives are cooperating in this effort. Revisiting the voter

list through SIR and including the names of genuine voters is a step that

strengthens democracy.

Parliamentary

Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna said that under the Chief Minister's

leadership, the state has made unprecedented progress in every field. Only with

the cooperation of the ruling and opposition parties can the House function

smoothly. The state government is sensitive. The government has taken

cognizance of the issues raised by the members of the House.
