Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has organised a special Rudra Puja on its campus, marking a significant spiritual event for devotees and members of the institute community.

As part of the religious programme, a sacred relic of the Somnath Jyotirlinga has been brought temporarily to IIT Guwahati to enable devotees to offer darshan. The presence of the revered relic has drawn a large number of devotees, creating an atmosphere of devotion and reverence on the campus.

Meanwhile, a nationwide Bhakti Yatra has commenced across the country, including the Northeast region, from December 8 to December 18. The yatra aims to promote spiritual awareness and devotion, with several religious programmes being organised at different locations during the period.----------
