18 Dec (HS): Air Force School Manauri celebrated its Annual Day “Abhivyakti”
with great enthusiasm and grandeur in the School premises. The occasion was a
vibrant showcase of the school’s commitment to holistic education, blending
academics, co- curricular excellence and cultural richness. The programme
commenced in the august presence of the Chief Guest, Air Commodore CK Rasyara,
Air Officer Commanding, Equipment Depot, Air Force Station Manauri and the
Guest of Honour, Chandrakala Rasyara, President, Air Force Families Welfare
Association (Local) was the Guest of Honour for the occasion.
The
event began with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, followed by the ceremonial
lighting of the lamp, invoking blessing for a successful and meaningful
celebration. The Principal presented the Annual Report, highlighting the
remarkable achievement of the school during the academic session 2024-2025. The
report reflected the school’s steady progress in academics, sports,
co-curricular activities and value - based education. Special emphasis was laid
on student’s achievement at various levels, innovative teaching-learning
practices, and the unwavering support of parents and the Air Force fraternity.
One
of the most awaited segments of the evening was the prize Distribution
Ceremony. Students were felicitated for their outstanding performance in
academics, sports and co-curricular activities. The prestigious Baladitya
Trophy for sports excellence was awarded to the deserving student, drawing loud
applause from the audience. The esteemed Gauri Usha Award, instituted to honour
excellence in academic achievement, was also conferred upon meritorious
student, motivating others to strive for excellence.
The
ceremony culminated with a vibrant cultural programme reflecting a delightful
blend of music, dance and drama. The students enthralled the audience with a
series of well-coordinated performances showcasing India’s rich cultural
heritage and contemporary themes. Each presentation was the “Abhivyakti” of the
young and bright minds of Air Force School Manauri, informed PRO &
Spokesperson, Ministry of Defence, Prayagraj.
