Dehradun, 14 December (H.S.): Secretariat A claimed the Monal Cup Cricket Tournament 2025 title on Sunday, demolishing Secretariat Panthers by nine wickets in the final at Maharana Pratap Cricket Ground in Raipur, Dehradun.Opting to bat first, Panthers crumbled for 66 all out in 14.2 overs, with Jitendra Singh top-scoring on 23. Rohan Thakur spearheaded the demolition with a hat-trick en route to five wickets for Secretariat A.

Chasing a modest target, Secretariat A romped home in 5.5 overs for one wicket, propelled by Sagar Kumar's unbeaten 37 and TH Khan's 22. Kumar earned Man of the Match honors and dominated individual awards as best batsman and Man of the Series, alongside Ajit Sharma (best bowler), Amit Tomar (best fielder), Ajit Jadadhari (best wicketkeeper), and Mighty 11 (fair play).Uttarakhand Additional Secretary Santosh Badoni graced the final as chief guest, joined by social activist Munesh Kumar.
