25 Nov (HS): Let the opposition Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis

said that his government is committed towards welfare of the people. The

assurances given are being fulfilled, even if the opposition leaders made false

propaganda of withdrawal of the Ladki Bahin scheme, After scrutiny the

beneficiary started receiving Rs 1500 per month regularly, he said.

Fadnavis was

speaking during a election campaign rally for Dharni Nagara Panchayat and Chikhaldara

Municipal Council candidates. He assured that funds will not be a problem for the

development of Melghat region

The life of people living in small towns will be changed with their

development. The initiative for developing small towns and villages has been

taken by Prime Minster Narendra Modi. The problems related to drinking water in

Dharni will be sorted out soon and Chikhaldara will developed like Mahabaleshwar,

he said. The pending works of development, including the skywalk will completed

soon.

Fadnavis also assured to develop Dharni’s Sub-district Hospital by

increasing the indoor capacity from 50 beds to 100 beds, building roads,

schools and solving drainage system in the region.
