Beed 22 Nov (HS): A vehicle in the DCM Ajit Pawar’s

convoy met with an accident on Saturday noon. The Oxygen carrying tanker lost control

and hit a two-wheeler being driven by Vishnu Sude. Besides Vishnu, his wife

Kusum and two daughters were seriously injured. The accident occurred near Dhunkawd

diversion when Ajit Pawar was going to Kej from Dharur.

The injured were rushed to Dharur Rural Hospital and

then shifted to a Government Hospital in Ambejogai. The condition of two of the

four is said to be critical. A security guard also received injuries in the

accident.

The traffic

on the road was affected for some time. Police rushed to the site and cleared

the road. Police seized the vehicles involved in the accident. Further

investigation is in progress.
