
Jammu, 22 November (H.S.): The Bharatiya Janata Party general secretary (Org), Ashok Koul urged the party activists to strengthen the BJP’s footprint across the district. He said the BJP’s success rests on its disciplined cadre, and it is now imperative that every functionary translates organizational strength into visible, decisive action on the ground.
Koul who chaired an organisational meeting here today led by its district president, Ravi Parihar said “The BJP believes in performance, not propaganda. While opposition parties remain busy with hollow rhetoric, our cadre must showcase real work, real outreach, and real accountability, and ensure people welfare outreach”, he said.
Pawan Sharma, senior leader, Tariq Keen and other prominent functionaries were also present in the meeting.
Koul urged the district team to intensify direct public engagement, increase their presence at the Mandal, booth and village levels, and ensure that the party’s message reaches every household.
Reviewing ongoing tasks, Koul urged renewed focus on booth reinforcement and awareness about Government welfare schemes. He encouraged leaders to promote Aatma Nirbhar Bharat, village-level entrepreneurship, and the adoption of local products. He further directed cadres to observe the 150 years of Vande Mataram and the commemoration of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel with full dedication at the booth level.
Pawan Sharma called for sharper coordination, disciplined reporting and continuous interaction with workers to strengthen BJP’s footprint in every Panchayat.
Tariq Keen highlighted the role of elected representatives in resolving public issues and ensuring timely delivery of welfare schemes.
Ravi Parihar reaffirmed complete commitment to all organizational directives and pledged to expand the BJP’s reach in every corner of Kishtwar.
