Prayagraj, 02
Nov (HS): Speaking as the chief guest at a meeting of Mandal presidents,
in-charges, and campaign coordinators and co-coordinators convened at the BJP
office in Civil Lines on Sunday regarding the Voter List Revision (SIR)
campaign, BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan In-charge Mahesh Chandra Srivastava stated
that workers must reach every household during the voter list revision
campaign. Work must be done under micromanagement, focusing on every small
detail. Shakti Kendra coordinators will play a crucial role in the campaign.
The first phase of the list revision will run from November 4th to December
4th, and this will require all efforts. Special efforts must be made at the
booth level to ensure that members of the Vichar Parivar are added to the voter
list. Party workers should strive to dedicate their full time to this campaign,
excluding essential work, for a month. It is hoped that Prayagraj Metropolitan
workers will set an example for the entire state at the organizational level in
the voter list revision campaign.
Chairing the
meeting, BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta stated that the
campaign would be monitored at the state level. The Voter List Revision (SIR)
campaign would be conducted from the Mandal to the Shakti Kendra level. Special
attention must be paid to monitoring the list, and for this, party officials
and public representatives must remain vigilant and alert. The entire game
revolves around the voter list. In addition to neighborhoods, special attention
must be paid to voter list revision in colonies. Party workers should treat the
voter list revision campaign as a litmus test. Teams must be formed at the
booth level. BLAs will be shadowing each BLO. Efforts should be made to ensure
100% of BJP voters are included in the voter list. At the booth level, the
Booth Pravasi will be responsible for ensuring that opposition propaganda is
not successful. City North MLA Harsh Vardhan Bajpai stated that online voter
registration must be prioritized. Today, most people have smartphones, which
can be used in the voter list revision campaign. Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani said
that councillors will also be asked to participate in this campaign. The voter
list revision campaign is a do-or-die battle. The 2027 elections will be a do-or-die
situation. Many forces are working to prevent BJP voters from joining the
party. The goal is to raise awareness among BJP voters and get their names
registered on the voter list.
