Guwahati, 02 November (HS): A devastating fire broke out at Sharma Parking in Boragaon area of Guwahati, reducing four parked trucks to ashes.

Preliminary reports suggest that the blaze may have originated from bitumen chemicals stored nearby. Fire tenders rushed to the spot and managed to bring the flames under control after several hours of effort.

No casualties have been reported so far, though property damage is estimated to be substantial. Authorities have initiated an investigation to determine the exact cause of the fire.--------
