Srinagar, 17 November (H.S.): The Jammu & Kashmir Government has withdrawn the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) powers earlier vested in the Joint Directors of Handicrafts Jammu and Handloom Jammu, as well as the Deputy Director (Administr
