Sonitpur (Assam), 31 October (HS): A shocking case of murder has come to light from Sonajuli Tea Estate in Rangapara, where a man allegedly killed his wife’s lover and fled the scene.

The incident took place at Line No. 18 of Sonajuli Tea Estate, where Arjun Munda was brutally attacked with a wooden stick and sharp weapons by one Bogai Munda, a resident of the same line.

After committing the murder, Bogai fled the area but was arrested by Rangapara Police late last night after two days of search. During interrogation, Bogai confessed to the crime, admitting that he killed Arjun out of anger over his illicit relationship with his wife.--------
