Guwahati, 29 October (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that the state government is set to launch two major education initiatives — Jibon Prerana and Jibon Anuprerana — aimed at benefiting lakhs of students and researchers across Assam.

The Chief Minister chaired a high-level meeting on Tuesday to review the progress of the schemes and directed officials to ensure their swift implementation.

Dr. Sarma stated that these initiatives are designed to inspire and support students in their academic and research pursuits, marking a significant step toward empowering Assam’s youth.-------
