Ayodhya, 28
Oct (HS): Nripendra Mishra, Chairman of the Ram Mandir Construction Committee,
announced on Tuesday that the flag to be raised at the Ram Temple would weigh
around 11 kgs and that the dimensions and length of the flag have already been
determined. Devotees will be unable to attend the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple
in Ayodhya on November 25th due to the flag hoisting event. Only the invited visitors and those involved
in the preparations will be permitted to worship Lord Shri Ram. Mishra said that the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi
Teerth Kshetra will request the Army's assistance to raise the flag atop the
Ram Temple.
He was
updating media on the meeting's agenda ahead of the second day. Mishra added that the conversation at today's
meeting was primarily about the scheduled flag hoisting event on November 25
and the plans for it. He claimed that
roughly 8,000 people are invited to the flag-raising ceremony at the Shri Ram
Temple compound. He said that darshan and worship at the temple within the fort
of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple complex will commence the day following the
flag raising event. The Shri Ram
Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra has resolved to enable darshan at all temples and
locations inside the Ram Temple complex without any restrictions. The Trust will make any adjustments to the
darshan arrangements.
He remarked
that it is our top aim to guarantee that devotees may readily witness and
benefit from the development activity at the Ram Temple. He stated that only a limited number of
devotees will be able to access Kuber Tila and Ram Darbar, which are located on
the first level of the Ram Temple.
Mishra came in Ayodhya and met with
construction firms to discuss the preparations for flying the flag on top of
the Ram Temple. Senior army officials
also practiced hoisting flags within the Ram Temple compound. Discussions were also made about the cloth for
the Ram Temple banner. He stated that
the flag to be raised at Ram Temple may be fashioned of parachute
material. This will be determined at the
Trust's meeting today. The Army will
discuss the flag-hoisting plans with the Trust in two days.
