Delhi, 21 October (H.S.): In the domestic bullion market on Tuesday, the day after Diwali, gold prices registered a slight decline while silver rates remained unchanged.Across most major markets, 24-carat gold was trading in the range of ₹1,30,680 to ₹1,30,830 per 10 grams.

The price of 22-carat gold hovered between ₹1,19,790 and ₹1,19,940 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, silver held its ground, with the precious metal continuing to trade at ₹1,71,900 per kilogram in the Delhi market.In the national capital, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,30,830 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at ₹1,19,940. In Mumbai, the financial hub, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,30,680 and 22-carat gold at ₹1,19,790 per 10 grams.

Similar minor variations were seen across other cities, including Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, where 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,30,680 per 10 grams.

Markets in Lucknow and Jaipur mirrored Delhi's rates, with 24-carat gold at ₹1,30,830. In Ahmedabad and Patna, the price for 24-carat gold was recorded at ₹1,30,730 per 10 grams. The slight downturn in gold prices was consistent across most states, including Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha.
