Lucknow,

19 Oct (HS): The VHP reacted negatively

to Samajwadi Party head Akhilesh Yadav's suggestion that the UP government

avoid squandering money on Diwali diyas, drawing analogies to Christmas

celebrations. Akhilesh Yadav, the chief of the Samajwadi Party, provoked outrage

with his comments on Diwali celebrations, which he compared to Christmas

celebrations throughout the world. When

addressing a crowd, Yadav stated, I don't want to make a suggestion. However, in the name of Lord Ram, I would

like to make one recommendation. During

the Christmas season, all cities throughout the world are lighted, and this

continues for months. We should take

note of their experiences. Why do we have to spend money and give so much

thought to lights and candles? What can

we expect from this administration? It should be eliminated. We will ensure that there are more attractive

lighting.

The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) reacted

strongly to his words.Vinod Bansal,

national spokesman, went to X to attack Yadav, stating, Just listen to

this former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh praising Christmas on the occasion

of Diwali. The rows of diyas have

scorched his heart so severely that he is preaching to 1 billion Hindus,

telling them to stop wasting money on diyas and candles and instead learn from

Christmas.Bansal accused Yadav of

valuing foreign traditions above Indian culture.

The

so-called messiah of jihadis and conversion gangs, known as Yadav, appears to

prefer Christians to Hindus.He favors

foreign festivities above indigenous ones, he claims.

He went on to say that Diwali had previously

been celebrated with rites and traditions before Christianity existed.Hindus are now being urged to learn from

Christians!Illegal religious

conversions have grown on Lord Ram and Lord Krishna's hallowed territory, aided

by such politicians who have filled their cabinets with criminals and radicals.

He went on to say that the foreign

celebration of Christmas, which is still two months away, seemed to have come

already for Akhilesh. But Diwali, which is just a day away, and the diyas

crafted by our potter brothers appear to irritate the PDA's hypocrites.Tipu, feel some humiliation! This envy of the light of Ayodhya and the

happiness of Hindus is wrong.Perhaps

this is why some refer to their party as Asamajwadi Party (anti-social party)

rather than Samajwadi Party.
