Udhampur, 16 October (H.S.): SNM Hospital, Leh, has issued an urgent appeal to trace the family or acquaintances of a male patient identified as Joginder Singh, aged 31 years, a resident of Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to hospital authorities, the patient was brought to the Emergency Department by Leh Police following a road accident. He has sustained a serious head injury and is currently under treatment with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 7 out of 15.
Doctors have said that the patient requires urgent referral and further medical management. However, no family member or acquaintance is present with him at this critical time.
The hospital has requested the public and all concerned individuals who know Joginder Singh to immediately contact SNM Hospital, Leh, or report to its emergency department to assist in making necessary decisions and providing support.
Hospital authorities have emphasized that timely contact is crucial for the patient’s care and further medical intervention.
