Pune, 16 Oct (HS): Pune Municipal Corporation has

issues a strong warning to contractors who have started digging before seeking the

corporation’s permission. The contractor is digging for laying cables and installing

CCTV camera for the Police Department.

A formal permission is mandatory for any kind of

digging roads. The civic authority grants permission during a specific period

only. During monsoon such a permission is granted only in case of any

emergency. Police Department appointed a

contractor for installing CCTV network, who started digging formal permission.
