New Delhi, October 11 (H.S.) – Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sent a congratulatory message to the followers of Sufi saint Hazrat Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya on the occasion of his 722nd Urs Mubarak. In his message, the Prime Minister urged everyone to follow the path shown by Hazrat Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya.

The Prime Minister said that Sufi saints, full of knowledge, compassion, and spirituality, have played a significant role in promoting brotherhood, harmony, and goodwill in society. Their teachings have continuously inspired countless people through art, poetry, music, and philosophical reflection. Among them, Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya, remembered with great reverence and respect, dedicated his life to spreading love, unity, and kindness. This occasion provides an opportunity to embrace his life and teachings.

The Prime Minister noted that his teachings remain relevant today, connecting people with spirituality, humanity, and shared values. He expressed his homage on the occasion of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya’s 722nd Urs.

The 722nd Urs is being celebrated at the Dargah of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya in Nizamuddin Basti, Delhi, where a large number of devotees from across the country and abroad are arriving to offer their respects. The Urs celebrations will continue until October 13.
