Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extends greetings to the people of the state on International Day of the Girl Child

Bhopal, 11 October (H.S.): Today, Saturday, marks International Day of the Girl Child. Every year, October 11 is celebrated across the world as International Day of the Girl Child. This day is dedicated to girls’ rights, education, equal opportunities, and empowerment. In 2011, the United Nations General Assembly designated this day to promote positive attitudes and equality towards girls in society. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has extended his best wishes to the residents of the state on International Day of the Girl Child.

Posting on social media platform X, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav wrote: “On the occasion of International Day of the Girl Child, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all residents of the state. We stand with the daughters of the state at every step. May daughters study, move ahead, and soar to new heights to fulfill their dreams so they can play a strong role in the nation’s development; this is my aspiration. We will leave no stone unturned in the fulfillment of our daughters’ resolutions.”
