He described India and Israel as ancient civilizations pursuing national development while maintaining inclusive growth.
The Ambassador also referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Israel earlier this year and said bilateral relations had been elevated to a Special Strategic Partnership. He noted that both countries had signed multiple agreements covering various sectors and were expanding cooperation in areas such as defence, critical infrastructure and emerging technologies.
Thanking the Government and people of India for their support and friendship, the Ambassador said the presence of Minister Kirti Vardhan Singh at the event reflected the strong ties between the two countries.
