Primary Market Set for Moderate Activity Next Week; Three New IPOs to Open, Six Companies Await Listing

New Delhi, 24 May (H.S.): India’s primary market is expected to witness moderate activity during the trading week beginning Monday, May 25, with three new Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) scheduled to open for subscription. All three upcoming issues belong to the SME segment.

In addition, investors will continue to have opportunities to bid for four IPOs that had opened for subscription during the previous week. Meanwhile, six companies are expected to make their stock market debut during the week, all on SME platforms.

### New IPO Launches Next Week

On May 25, Yashvi Jewellers will open its ₹43.88 crore IPO for subscription. Investors will be able to bid for the issue until May 27. The IPO price has been fixed at ₹83 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. Following the closure of the issue, the allotment is expected to be finalized on May 29, while the company’s shares may be listed on the SME platform of the BSE on June 2.

On May 26, Rajnandini Fashion India will launch its ₹18.21 crore IPO. The issue will remain open for subscription until May 29. The price band has been fixed between ₹59 and ₹63 per share, while the lot size has been set at 2,000 shares. Share allotment is expected to be finalized on June 1, with a potential listing on the BSE SME platform on June 3.

Also opening on May 26 is the ₹67.23 crore IPO of SMR Jewellers. Investors will be able to bid for the issue until May 29. The company has fixed a price band of ₹128 to ₹135 per share, with a lot size of 1,000 shares. The allotment is expected to be completed on June 1, while the shares may debut on the BSE SME platform on June 3.

### Ongoing IPOs Open for Subscription

Apart from the fresh IPOs, several issues launched last week will remain open for bidding.

The ₹52.43 crore IPO of Bio Medica Laboratories, which opened for subscription on May 21, will remain open until May 25. The company has fixed a price band of ₹132 to ₹139 per share, with a lot size of 1,000 shares. Allotment is expected on May 26, and the shares may list on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on May 29. The issue has already been fully subscribed.

Similarly, the ₹14.60 crore IPO of Autofurnish Limited, which also opened on May 21, will remain available for bidding until May 25. The IPO price has been fixed at ₹41 per share, with a lot size of 3,000 shares. The allotment is likely to be finalized on May 26, and the shares may list on the BSE SME platform on May 29. The issue has received around 43 percent subscription so far.

The ₹214.48 crore IPO of Q-Line Biotech Limited, which opened for subscription on May 21, will also close on May 25. The price band for the issue has been fixed between ₹326 and ₹343 per share, with a lot size of 400 shares. Share allotment is expected on May 26, and listing on the NSE SME platform may take place on May 29. The IPO has already been subscribed nearly 10 times.

Meanwhile, the ₹27.04 crore IPO of MR Moneyven Limited, which opened on May 22, will remain open for subscription until May 26. The company has fixed a price band of ₹51 to ₹52 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. The allotment process is expected to conclude on May 27, while the shares may be listed on the BSE SME platform on June 1. The issue has already achieved full subscription.

### Upcoming SME Listings

As far as stock market listings are concerned, NFP Sampoorna Foods may debut on the NSE SME platform on May 25, the first trading day of the week.

On May 26, shares of TeamTech Formwork Solutions are expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform.

On May 27, Vegorama Punjabi Angithi is likely to make its stock market debut on the BSE SME platform.

Finally, on May 29, shares of Bio Medica Laboratories and Q-Line Biotech Limited are expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform, while shares of Autofurnish Limited may begin trading on the BSE SME platform the same day.
