State-run Anadolu Agency reported Bangkok protesting the incident en route from Abu Dhabi to India, occurring during Iranian counterstrikes on US bases; Oman's navy rescued 20, likely from the engine room during the blast.Thailand's Foreign Ministry expressed grave concern, urging restraint as West Asia tensions threaten global civilian safety since February 28 clashes killing ~1,300.Iran's IRGC now mandates Tehran's clearance for Hormuz transits, risking trade disruptions.
