New Delhi, 11 December (HS): Shares of Nisus Finance Services made a strong entry in the domestic stock market today through listing. As soon as it was listed in the market, this stock reached the upper circuit level with the support of buying. Under the IPO, the company's shares were issued at a price of ₹180. Today, it was listed on the BSE's SME platform at the level of ₹225. In this way, IPO investors got a listing gain of 25 percent.

As soon as it was listed in the stock market, buyers took it with open arms, due to which this stock jumped to the upper circuit level of ₹236.25 in a short time. In this way, IPO investors made a profit of 31.25 percent from this share on the first day itself.

The ₹114.24 crore IPO of Nisus Finance Services was open for subscription between 4 and 6 December. This IPO received a tremendous response from investors.

This IPO was subscribed 192.29 times overall. In this, the reserve portion for qualified institutional buyers (QIB) was subscribed 93.84 times. Similarly, the reserve portion for non-institutional investors (NII) got 451.21 times subscription. Apart from this, the reserve portion for retail investors was subscribed 139.78 times. However, only 0.90 times subscription was received in the reserve portion for employees.

Under this IPO, new shares worth Rs 101.62 crore have been issued. Apart from this, 7,00,800 shares with a face value of Rs 10 have been sold through the Offer for Sale window. The company will use the money raised through new shares to increase fund setup in IFC Gift City in Gandhinagar, DIFC in Dubai and FSC in Mauritius. Apart from this, the money will also be used to create additional license facilities, management services and fund management infrastructure.

Nisus Finance Services has been providing transaction advisory services, fund and asset management, private equity and venture debt and capital solutions to corporate clients since 2013. The company's business is divided into transaction advisory services and fund and asset management segments.
