Amethi,

27 May (HS): Former Union Minister Smriti Irani arrived in Amethi on a day-long

visit on Wednesday. After receiving a warm welcome from party workers, she

attended the closing ceremony of the two-day Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya

Training Maha Abhiyan program held at the rest house. Here, former Union

Minister Smriti Irani appealed to party workers to strengthen the organization

down to the booth level, maintain constant communication with the public, and

disseminate the party's policies to every household to ensure victory. She said

that party workers are the BJP's greatest strength, and their activism

strengthens the organization.

Former

Union Minister Smriti Irani, who was on a visit to Amethi, reached Pur

Thakurain Majra Mattepur village of Tiloi tehsil area, where she expressed

condolences on the demise of Brijesh Chandra Tiwari, brother of senior BJP

leader Ramesh Tiwari. She paid tribute by offering flowers on the picture of

the deceased and met the family members and consoled them. During this, she

also assured the family of all possible help. After this, she reached Juthipur village

Guruduttganj of Gauriganj assembly constituency, where after the demise of BJP

booth president Pawan Pasi, she went to his residence and met the family

members and expressed condolences. Apart from this, she will also participate

in many other programs.

This

visit by Smriti Irani is being considered very important in political circles.

Following the recent visit of former Congress President Rahul Gandhi to Amethi,

Smriti Irani's increased activism is being seen as a strategy by the BJP to

inject new energy into the organization and send a strong message to its

workers.
