07 Aug (HS): On Thursday, a truck rammed into a tractor-trolley near Sihora
hamlet on the Bareilly-Mathura Highway, killing three and injuring another. According
to Rajeev Kumar, Additional SP, City, the accident occurred after the vehicle
evidently had a front tyre burst, lost control, and collided with a
tractor-trolley traveling the opposite direction. The hit led the
tractor-trolley to tumble, resulting in a little fire, he said. Kumar explained
that the victims were heading from Soro in Kasganj district to Bharatpur after
gathering water from the Ganga River. Bhim, Bhupendra, and Bablu, all in their
forties, died on the scene, while Sonu (42) suffered injuries and was taken to
a private hospital.

Kishor, SHO of Jamunapar Police Station, indicated that he is not in danger. He
stated that all of the victims were from Lehchora Kala in the Bayana region of
Bharatpur district. The
truck driver was arrested, and the remains were transferred to Mathura for
postmortem examination.
