19 July (HS): A car toppled on the Yamuna Expressway near Mathura, killing six

persons and leaving two in serious condition.

The car's passengers were traveling from Delhi to Agra. Police say the collision occurred early

Saturday morning near the Baldev police station. Following the collision, onlookers notified

the police. As soon as the information

was received, police arrived on the scene, evacuated the passengers of the

automobile, and sent them to the hospital, where physicians confirmed six individuals’

dead. The treatment of the two injured

is now ongoing.

All

passengers were arriving from Noida to Agra: The Eco car occupants were coming

from Noida to Agra. The people in the car, Dharamveer son of Jawar Singh

resident of village Harlalpura police station Basoni Agra, Rohit son of

Dharamveer, Aryan son of Dharamveer Basoni Agra, Dalveer alias Chhulle and

Paras Singh Tomar sons of Vishwanath Singh residents of village Badhpura Husaid

police station Mahoba, Madhya Pradesh etc. died on the spot. Soni wife of

Dharamveer and Payal daughter of Dharamveer residents of Halalpur police

station Basoni Agra were seriously injured.

Hit

by an unknown vehicle: The police have sent the injured to the hospital for

treatment. Area Officer Sanjeev Kumar Rai and Police Station Incharge Ranjana

Sachan said that the Eco car was hit by an unknown vehicle. The bodies have

been sent for postmortem. The unknown vehicle is being traced.

Two

dozen injured as bus overturns on Yamuna Expressway in Baldev police station

area: A bus overturned on Yamuna Expressway Mile Stone 131 in Baldev police

station area due to the driver falling asleep. 29 passengers on the bus are

injured, some have minor injuries. Three people are seriously injured. The bus

which was going from Delhi to Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, overturned on Yamuna

Expressway at around 3.30 am. On the way, it overturned on Yamuna Expressway

from Noida to Agra at Milestone 131 kilometer. About 60 to 65 passengers were

sitting in it. Four people sitting in the bus, Akshay, Pooja daughter of

Ramvriksh, Monu Rawat son of Munshi Rawat, Rahul Rawat son of Babulal were

seriously injured, who have been sent to the district hospital. Other

passengers were sent to their destination in another vehicle.
