Nagpur, 19 July (HS): The monsoon session of the

Maharashtra State Legislature was prorogued on Friday. The winter session will

be held in Nagpur from December 8. Speaker Rahul Narvekar announced in the Legislative Assembly. The proposed date is being referred to

the Governor for his approval.

During the monsoon session, the legislature worked

for 133 hours and 48 minutes across 15 sittings, averaging 8 hours and 55 minutes per day.
