Milan, June 13(HS): Kevin De Bruyne has joined Napoli after leaving Manchester City, confirmed by Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis with a handshake photo on social media. The 33-year-old midfielder signed a two-year contract, with an option for an additional year, and will team up with compatriots Romelu Lukaku and Scott McTominay. De Bruyne enjoyed a successful decade at Manchester City, winning six Premier League titles and the UEFA Champions League in 2023. Despite missing matches recently due to injuries, he remains one of Europe's elite midfielders. Napoli aims to defend their Serie A title next season and compete in the expanded Champions League. Recently, Napoli secured the Serie A title under Antonio Conte, marking their second league win in three years, while Inter Milan faltered in the Champions League final.
