New Delhi,08 April(HS): The Bharatiya Janata Party released the Sankalp Patra (vision document) on Monday just three days ahead of the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections emphasizing on nationalism and zero tolerance towards terrorism. Rajnath Singh,Home Minister and the head of the party manifesto committee unveiled it at the party''s Delhi headquarters in the presence of several top BJP brass leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amit Shah. Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that this manifesto presented was a vision document for representing the aspirations of 130 crore Indian people for the formation of an inclusive and New India. Rajnath Singh said that the country to be led by the leadership of PM Narendra Modi was fully committed on nationalism and zero tolerance towards terrorism." Nationalism is our inspiration, governance our mantra", said Modi at the party manifesto release event. The manifesto listed points such as implementing uniform civil code(UCC) across the country, passing the Citizenship Amendment Bill in the parliament protecting and respecting each states'' cultural values, ensuring the identification and deporting each illegal immigrants by passing the NRC(National Register of Citizens)subsequently in all the states.The saffron party was committed towards exploring all possible alternative options towards the construction of a grand Ram temple at Ahodhya in Uttar Pradesh in a conducive manner. The saffron party promises aimed to double the farmers income by 2022. Apart from this, loans till Rs 1 lakh for five years would be allotted under the farmers credit card on zero interest rates.The BJP promised Rs 25 lakh crores expenditure facilitating the development in the rural sector. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kissan Samman Nidhi(PM-Kisan) scheme, Rs 6,000 per year income support would be provided to all the registered farmers. A pension scheme providing social security to all the small and marginal farmers on reaching age of 60 years. The manifesto too promises formation of National Business Commission as well as provision of pension scheme for small traders after reaching 60 years.Several efforts would be taken to reduce rural imbalance along with holding assembly and Lok Sabha elections simultaneously with joint cooperation with all the opposition parties. The efforts for cooperation within states and centre would be further strengthened.Every agriculture irrigation schemes would be fully completed.The system for land records would be completely digitised and the increase in the management and engineering seats in educational institutions. All families would be provided puccha houses by 2022 and LPG gas connections would be provided to all the poor families.Every village would be provided with basic amenities such as toilets,electricity. Under the Swacch Bharat Mission, each village would be made open defecation free. The conversion of railway tracks to broad guage would be made operational along with their complete electrification by 2022. Under the PM''s Ayushman Bharat scheme, 1.5 lakh public health and wellness centres would be established. Opening of 75 medical and post-medical colleges.Serious efforts to increase nutrition levels and reduce malnutrition as well as providing poor families with primary healthcare facilities directly in their own homes. India''s position globally in the'' Ease of Doing Business'' index would further be strengthened.The clearance window would be operational for small and medium businesses.Each individual would be provided bank accounts within 5 kms distance. The digitisation of courts would be encouraged and emphasis on digitisation in government processes and transactions encouraging digital payment modes, law banning the practise of Triple Talaq and number of women personnel in armed forces would be increased. Provision of social security to the unorganised sector workers as well as the completion on the Panchsheel circuit would be undertaken and six tribal freedom fighter museums would be established.
