Protests begin over blockade of Mexico border
Washington, Apr 02 (HS): Republican leaders and the US Chamber of Commerce have expressed concern over the proposed blockade of the Mexico border on any day this week by President Donald Trump. The Republican leaders are camping at the border in the wake of recent happenings there. Both the nations have a very encouraging day-to-day business. Other MPs, including Texas Republican MP Michael McCaul and Senator John Cornen, have also expressed concern over the blockade of the border. President Donald Trump on Friday had warned that if illegal immigrants continue to penetrate the American borders from Mexico, they will block the boundary this week. After China and Canada, Mexico is the third largest country, US has better trade relations with. There are at least 37 posts on the 2000-mile stretch of the US and Mexico border, through which thousands of people legally cross the border to do their business. The trade between these two countries is about 1.5 billion dollars per day. Last year the trade between these countries stood at $ 502 billion. US is fully dependent on Mexico for Avocado fruit.
