New Delhi: The disease called by the name of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) that means the kidneys stop functioning. To spread awareness about this, "World Kidney Day" is celebrated on 14th March. The theme of 2019 "World Kidney Day" is "Kidney Health for Every One, Every Where". Our body is a unique machine in itself, every part of which continuously working , but if there is any kind of negligence then the disease starts and the disease of one part affects also the other parts . Kidney is an important part of our body and negligence towards it can be life-threatening. Due to changes in diet and diet in recent years, the number of people affected by kidney disease is increasing world wide. According to nephrologist, average 14 percent of women and 12 percent of men in the country are suffering from kidney problem and 19.5 million women world wide suffer from kidney problem. Even in India this number is increasing rapidly, every year two lack people get into this condition. Initially, it is difficult to identify the disease, because kidneys are diagnosed after damaging 60 percent of the Kidneys. kidney looks like ''Rajma'', which is located on the rear side in the right and left part of the stomach. According to Dr. Sudeep Singh, nephrology and renal transplant specialist, kidneys can be damaged for many reasons. In addition to the bad habits of foods, regular intake of painkillers may also be a major reason. Doctors said that due to adverse conditions of infection in the urinary tract and adverse conditions of pregnancy, women are susceptible to kidney disease. In the early symptoms of the disease, it is important to have frequent vomiting, loss of appetite, fatigue and weakness, low urine content, itching problem, sleepiness, and muscle strain. He told, kidney failure is the eighth major cause of death of women all over the world.By Regular check ups disease can be easily identify and it is possible to correct it by medication, but if you do not know about it at the time of first stage, then you have to go through the procedure of dialysis to clear blood.
