By Law Kumar Mishra Patna, Mar 03 (HS): In a great, grand and gala show by the BJP led NDA on Sunday resolved to make Narendra Modi Prime Minister for the second term too. Launching the election campaign for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, leaders of the NDA-LJP''s Ram Vilas Paswan, JDU''s Nitish Kumar and BJP''s Nityanand Rai, set the agenda for the campaign by shouting slogans of “Ek baar, Phir Modi Sarkar” and “Abki Baar ,400 ke par”. All the speakers, right from the deputy chief minister, Sushil Kumar Modi to chief minister, Nitish Kumar, recalled the contributions of Prime Minister in post- Pulwama developments and said it was Narendera Modi, who could secure release of wing commander, Abhinandan from Pakistan custody within 48 hours. It was Narendra Modi, who avenged the martyrdom of 44 CRPF jawans within a week by launching air strike in terrorists camps in Pakistan and destroying their camps, they said. PM was presented a historic conch shell of pre-independence days. The shell was used by a freedom fighter, Damodar Thakur to break the Bankipore jail barriers. NDA leaders garlanded him with a huge Makhana garland. Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi, then chief ministers of Bihar and Gujarat, respectively had shared the common election rally platform at Ludhiana in May 2009. And, they shared the election rally after a decade here. Nitish had withdrawn from NDA in June 2013 and later rejoined it in July, 2017. Sunday''s meeting being addressed by Narendra Modi is second in a fortnight in Bihar. On February 17, he had addressed a rally at Barauni, an industrial town in North Bihar.
