Riya, Shovik bail in Sushant Rajput case rejected by Sessions court .

New Delhi, September 11 (HS) The sessions court on Friday rejected the bail pleas of six accused, including Rhea Chakraborty, arrested in the drug connection in Sushant Singh Rajput case. After the rejection of bail Riya, Shovik Chakraborty and other four accused, Samuel Miranda, Deepesh Sawant, Zaid Vilatra, Vasit Parihar have to be in judicial custody till September 22.

Advocate Anil Dubey said that after getting a copy of the Sessions court's order, a bail petition will be filed in the High Court.

According to the information, while investigating the Sushant Singh death case, Narcotics Control Bureau arrested 10 accused including Rhea.

After the arrest, a bail application was filed in the Sessions court on Wednesday. The case was heard on Thursday and both sides were examined.

In the Sessions court, Rhea's lawyer Satish Maneshinde said that NCB has forcibly registered a case. Also, his client is in danger of life in jail. His client has fully supported the investigation of NCB and will cooperate further.

Three accused arrested in the case have been granted bail. Counsel on behalf of NCB said that it is a case of drug syndicate. Further investigation is going on in this case, so the accused should not be granted bail.

In this case, the Sessions court on Thursday reserved its decision till Friday. On Friday, the Sessions court dismissed the bail pleas of the six accused, including Rhea.

Talking to the media, Satish Mane Shinde told reporters that he would file a petition in the High Court for bail as soon as he got a copy of the decision from the Sessions court.
