We are ready to play with two spinners against England: Misbah-ul-Haq...

Manchester, August 04 (HS): Pakistan coach Misbah-ul-Haq has said that his team is ready to play with two spinners in the playing XI in the upcoming Test series against England.

The first match of the three-Test series between Pakistan and England will be played in Manchester tomorrow.

Misbah said, "If you want to win a match against a good team, there are always challenges in your way. It's not like you go to the field and win the match easily. When you're playing in different circumstances, you have to beat the opposition team in all departments to win a match."

He said, "Obviously our favorite grounds are Lord's and The Oval in London, but recently the pitches at Southampton and Old Trafford have also been helpful to the spinners. There is some dryness here, where the spin as well as the fast bowlers The pass is a chance to reverse swing."

The last time the Pakistan team came to England on the 2016 tour, the team's spin bowlers had to struggle a lot. The Pakistani spinners had conceded 330 runs and picked up only nine wickets.

Misbah said, "Now the scenario is different. There was nothing for the spinners in 2016, but now when we watch the match they are completely different and it looks like it is in our favor and we are going to capitalize on our opportunity."

"Our bowlers are in good form, which is an encouraging sign but it depends on how we adjust to those conditions and how we perform," he added.

The Pakistan team for the Test series against England is as follows:

Azhar Ali (captain), Babar Azam, Abid Ali, Asad Shafiq, Faheem Ashraf, Fawad Alam, Imam-ul-Haq, Imran Khan Jr., Kashif Bhatti, Mohammad Abbas, Mohammad Rizwan (wicketkeeper), Naseem Shah, Sarfraz Ahmed (wicketkeeper) ), Shadab Khan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shaan Masood, Sohail Khan, Usman Shinwari, Yasir Shah and Wahab Riaz.
