Assam reports 2,132 fresh Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours ..

Guwahati, Sept 13 (HS) Assam reported 2,132 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday. The average growth rate of virus has increased to 1.8% per day, whereas the recovery ratio is 78.9%. As many as 27,02,280 samples has been tested in the state so far.
Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, "Alert~ 2132 #COVID cases detected today out of 31253 tests done in last 24 hours. Positivity Rate - 6.82%. Kamrup M- 562, Dibrugarh- 134, Jorhat- 156 and Lakhimpur- 132. 2553 patients were discharged on Saturday. May God bless all recovered patients and their families with good health & happy lives. Best Wishes."
Total case in the state mounts to 1,40,471, out of which 29,132 cases are active, three migrated, 453 deaths and 1,10,883 recovered.
